Commissioner
of Oaths

Courts, government agencies, and financial institutions require documents to be commissioned before they're accepted. Jolanta commissions by video - no travel, no waiting room, done on your schedule.

What Is a Commissioner of Oaths?

Documents That Need
to Be Witnessed

A Commissioner of Oaths is an authorized officer who witnesses the signing of legal documents and administers oaths or affirmations. When a court, government body, or institution requires a sworn or affirmed document, it must be sworn or affirmed before a Commissioner - not just a notary or witness.

Jolanta is a licensed Commissioner of Oaths under the Commissioners for Taking Affidavits Act (Ontario). All commissioned documents carry her seal and signature. Commissioned documents may be used for legal, court, tribunal, government and other purposes where a commissioned affidavit or declaration is accepted. Clients should confirm the requirements of the organization receiving the document.
