Before founding JC Paralegal Services, Jolanta Chrzaszcz gained over eight years of experience working alongside lawyers in established Ontario law firms, developing practical expertise in litigation strategy, case management, court procedure, and tribunal advocacy. This foundation informs her structured approach to Landlord and Tenant Board proceedings, Small Claims Court litigation, and administrative tribunal matters.
Her legal career was shaped by firsthand experience navigating Ontario’s civil justice system, including proceedings before the Superior Court of Justice. That experience strengthened her understanding of procedural law, evidentiary standards, and strategic case preparation—principles that now guide her representation of landlords, property managers, and businesses across Ontario.
Jolanta holds a Bachelor’s degree, a Business Diploma, a Law Clerk Diploma, an Immigration Consultant Diploma, and a Paralegal Diploma.
